eBOS is off and running!
“As a horse racing fan, I am delighted to have our colours on Will,” explained eBOS Director, Rob Edwards. “Will is a real winner and has worked extremely hard to have what is now, his most successful season to date. At eBOS we also want to be winners and see it as a fitting relationship and hope it’s the start of many victories together. Jump racing and business have many similarities. There are many hurdles to overcome; if you get knocked down you have to dust yourself off and go again, and basically need to get over the line! At eBOS we will always stick our neck out to ensure our service offering is lengths in front of the rest of the field.”
Originally from Co. Kildare in Ireland, professional jump jockey William Kennedy grew up immersed in horses and racing – his father Vivian was a jockey and later a trainer (now retired) while his mother Kathleen makes racing silks. Will has lived in England for over 10 years, having first come over to work for top trainer Noel Chance. In his second season with Noel, Will took out his conditional jockey’s licence, and he was champion conditional in 2006.
In the 2014/15 season Will had 28 wins from 291 rides and so far in the 2015/16 season has had 33 wins from 240 rides. His best win to date was on Ebony Express at the William Hill Imperial Cup Handicap Hurdle (Grade 3) in March 2015.
